- 1995 - Company started in and located in Greenwood, Indiana.
- 1997 – 2002 Consistently ranked as one of Indiana’s and the nation’s fastest growing companies garnering recognition from Inc. Magazine, the Indianapolis Business Journal, and Ernst & Young.
- 2002 – Changed corporation name from Adminiserve to Tilson HR to better reflect the evolving growth of HR services.
- 2003 – 2005 Continue recognition for high growth and entrepreneurial leadership, expansion through acquisition of three PEO competitors, introduction of employee benefit and design services.
- 2006- Introduction of Quad 4 proprietary service system.
- 2008 – Moved into new 20,000 square feet corporate headquarters, Tilson Conference Center opened.
