Tilson announces three new hires
Leading PEO and HR solutions company adds to Business Development, Accounting and Human Resources teams

INDIANAPOLIS (Sept. 20, 2016)–Tilson, an integrated management solutions firm based in Indiana, announced the hiring of three new team members, adding to the company’s business development, accounting and human resources teams. Leslie Myrick will serve as business development manager, while Aubria Cichocki and Rich Norton have begun their roles as staff accountant and benefits specialist, respectively.

With 15 years of experience in client services, sales and marketing for Johnson County-based businesses, Myrick’s new role as business development manager focuses on obtaining new clients that fit the Tilson portfolio while also providing them with top-quality service. Prior to joining the Tilson team, Myrick most recently served as the client care director for a locally-owned payroll company, where she helped double the size of company in four years while maintaining a client retention rate of 98 percent.

As a staff accountant, Cichocki’s primary responsibilities will include the reconciliation of general ledger accounts, providing assistance with year-end filings and ensuring the accuracy of financial reports through research and data analysis. Coming to Tilson after ten years in education, Cichocki received her Master of Accountancy degree from Purdue University Calumet and her B.S. in mathematics education from Ball State University.

Responsible for assisting clients and employees with benefits questions, investigating and resolving employee benefit claims inquiries and coordinating communication and benefit administration with clients and employees, Norton holds more than 13 years of professional experience working with benefit programs. As a benefits specialist at Tilson, Norton’s background includes medical claims processing and flexible spending account administration. Norton received his B.S. in business administration from Martin University.
