INDIANAPOLIS (April 16, 2018) –Nick Vivaldi joins Tilson as the Director of Human Resources in April of 2018. As the Director, Nick will be managing the HR/Account Management Teams and Benefits Team. His primary responsibility is to manage the human resource and benefit support of all Tilson clients.  Nick will also be serving on the executive leadership team, helping to refine the strategy and goals for Tilson.

Nick joins Tilson with over 25 years of professional experience in progressive management roles. His experience in working in all facets of human resources with concentration in employee relations, strategic planning, compliance, learning and development, and benefit administration make him a great addition to Tilson. Specifically, Nick brings with him a management development expertise that will be invaluable to Tilson moving forward.

Prior to joining Tilson, Nick served as the Human Resources Manager for Ingram Micro and General Parts International. Nick also worked at Target Corporation in various management roles.

Nick holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Indiana University (IUPUI) and a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Purdue University.
