Brent Tilson formed Tilson in 1995, drawing on his background as a CPA to create a new kind of HR outsourcing company – one that addresses HR from a business and financial perspective. Tilson’s corporate office is located in Greenwood, Indiana with an additional office in Phoenix, Arizona. This western region office enables the company to expand the geographic reach and better serve the needs of businesses across the country.
