Once you submit your referral here, we will contact them directly. It’s probably best that you let your referral know ahead of time that we will be contacting them.

Tilson finds that a c-level contact (CEO, CFO, COO, CIO…) or Payroll, HR or Benefits director at a company is typically the decision maker for working with a partner like Tilson.

You will receive your referral reward following the new client’s first payroll.

These terms and conditions apply to Tilson HR, Inc.’s Referral Program. The purpose of the program is to acquire new clients through referrals. Participants submit referrals via the referral submission form found on Tilson’s website. To be eligible for the Referral Program, a Participant must be over 18 years old and a citizen and resident of the United States. Members of the Tilson sales, marketing and senior management teams, as well as such person’s immediate family and household members, are not eligible to participate. Those with an already existing referral relationship or broker or business partner with Tilson are also ineligible.

Employees of the referred company are ineligible. The information provided on the referral form must be accurate in order to be considered a qualified referral. A qualified referral cannot be an existing active prospect, client, or spin-off of existing client. The Participant must have a personal relationship with the referral and the referral must be located within the United States. Former clients of Tilson are not eligible. Tilson reserves the right to disqualify any participant it determines is ineligible to participate in the program. If a qualified referral acquires PEO services from Tilson, a cash reward will be paid to the Participant. The reward is based on the number of full-time worksite employees paid on the first payroll. Cash rewards are processed following the referral’s first pay period.

The Cash Reward will be issued in the form of a check, a credit on Tilson HR invoice or as a donation to a charity of your choice. Tilson may at any time terminate or modify the program and these terms. All questions or disputes regarding eligibility, award of cash reward, or interpretation of these terms will be resolved by Tilson. Tilson earns the right to void rewards earned if it suspects the rewards were earned in a fraudulent manner. Cash rewards are subject to applicable federal, state and/or local taxes, and may request participant to complete a W-9. If participant does not respond to request to complete a W-9 or otherwise indicate referral payment preference within 180 days of initial request, Tilson reserves the right to rescind the cash reward. Due to the confidential nature of the program, we cannot disclose information regarding your referral’s status, nor will you be updated regarding the individual(s) you refer.
